1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ld44 ("ld44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ld44.io ("the Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by ld44.

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

• You have not previously had an ld44 account closed or suspended for a violation of these Terms.

ld44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where proof of eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established, ld44 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ld44 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and preferred payment method linked to a Bangladeshi mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank account. You are required to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account.

• One account per person, per household, and per payment method is permitted.
• Account sharing with another individual is prohibited, regardless of the relationship between the parties.
• You must promptly notify ld44 of any change to your registered details by contacting our support team via live chat or email.
• ld44 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and transfer any balance to the primary verified account at its sole discretion.

Upon successful registration, you will receive access to your ld44 account dashboard where you can manage your profile, deposit funds, place bets, claim bonuses, and request withdrawals. Your ld44 login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ld44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ld44 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

• ld44 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited into your ld44 account must be used for betting or gaming activity; depositing solely for the purpose of transferring funds is prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ld44 platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ld44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• ld44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds due to a technical or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

6 Casino & Slots Games

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms, including a wagering requirement (rollover), minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time of the offer.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ld44 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand assets, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of ld44 or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ld44.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use ld44's brand name, logos, or trade marks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application without ld44's written consent.

Any unauthorised use of ld44's intellectual property may result in legal action. Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers.

10 Privacy & Data

ld44's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments & Termination

ld44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ld44 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

ld44 may suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ld44 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation.
• ld44 determines that continued operation of the account presents a risk of financial crime, collusion, or prohibited conduct.
• A player has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players may close their ld44 account at any time by contacting our support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after satisfaction of pending wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 72 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial fairness. Any dispute between a player and ld44 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. ld44's internal complaints process can be initiated by contacting our support team.
